Service and Maintenance

Nerak’s maintenance services range from a one-time repair visit to complete production line relocation services, and everything in between. The goal of our maintenance operations is to create long-term partnerships with our customers to help them continuously develop and improve their production processes. This is achieved by entering into maintenance contracts, which deliver the most possible benefits to our customers. The contents of each maintenance contract are reviewed annually to best meet each customer’s needs.

Equipment Upgrades

Nerak provides a comprehensive range of upgrade and modernisation services to all customers globally. These are not limited to Nerak manufactured equipment and typical upgrade services include, but are not limited to:

  • Equipment audit and modernisation recommendations
  • Equipment performance evaluation and reporting
  • Machinery refurbishment on-site and at our factory
  • Controls and automation system modernisations
  • Mechanical repair and upgrade

Modernisation services are applied to stand-alone machines or complete production lines – wherever the customer is looking to increase capacity. Installation, re-commissioning and operator training are also available. In offering these modernisation services, Nerak stands by its’ commitment to support all customers through the entire life-cycle of their investments.


Nerak offers a choice of training options from standard commissioning supervision and in-situ operator training to tailored process-specific training packages. Additionally, services such as technical assistance and ad-hoc training are available during and after the investment phase.

Nerak service technicians are qualified to train your production personnel in the most efficient operation of your Nerak equipment. Training sessions are usually held at on-site but can be undertaken at our own premises or, by arrangement, at another convenient location.
