Pallet Lifts

While the classic "Boxlifter" is a suitable lift/elevator for high throughput capacities, NERAK also offer a reciprocating conveyor for smaller capacities.

Our conveyors are available in a number of designs and can be used to transport material between many different levels with individual payloads of up to 3 tonnes.

The reciprocating platform lifts are designed with a lifting carriage suspended on one or two parallel unique "rubber chains". This is dependent on the carrying load and is guided vertically by the use of Vulkollan rollers. The lifting is performed by a geared brake motor that may be frequency- controlled depending on the application, with the lifting carriage being fitted with a horizontal roller or belt conveyor to enable the product to be automatically discharged.

Photo-cells and proximity switches are adjustably mounted on C-shaped profiles and wired to a local junction box. The electrical components on the lifting carriage are supplied with power by means of a flexible cable. At the heart of every NERAK conveyor drive system is the unique "rubber chain", which has no links, is silent-running, wear-resistant and maintenance free, all excellent qualities further enhanced by its corrosion-free design.
