Grid Belt Conveyors

Conveyors using our unique "rubber chains" with polyester rods as the load carrying track can function in many aggressive environments. The corrosion resistant components allow wash-down without ill effect and are therefore ideal in spray tunnels and cooling tanks - as used in the rubber industry.

Grid belt conveyors are primarily used in raw rubber cooling systems. Two or more rubber block chains are connected by polyester rods which form a continuous joint free surface. NERAK grid belts with "rubber chains" and polyester rods provide a conveyor which eliminates damage to soft unvulcanised rubber whether used in dip tanks, spray or air cooling applications.
